By accessing the Astral Nexus platform ("Backlot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms govern your use of the website and associated Alexa skills.
The Backlot is an "Invite Only" environment. Access codes are provided to authorized partners, creators, and administrators. Unauthorized attempts to bypass access controls or share private credentials are strictly prohibited.
Creators retain rights to their original IP. By listing content in the Marketplace, creators grant Astral Nexus a non-exclusive license to facilitate distribution and negotiation under the specific agreements signed, such as the SAG-AFTRA MicroPod Agreement.
Usage of AI Understudy technology is governed by the rules outlined in AB 2602 and AB 1836. Performer consent is required for all digital replicas of living persons. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any data they upload for training.
Astral Nexus is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy in AI-generated advice, valuations, and legal drafts, all final business decisions and legal agreements should be reviewed by professional legal counsel.
