Digital Replica Protection (AB 2602 & 1836)

Astral Nexus provides specific mechanisms for California residents to control their digital likeness. Under AB 2602 and AB 1836, we require clear and conspicuous disclosure and prior consent before generating or distributing a digital replica of a living or deceased individual. You may revoke consent for future uses of your digital replica at any time via the AI Understudy Management panel.

Shine the Light

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our platform that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
